Summer Solstice Gong Activation (Union City)

Celebrate the peak of the sun’s energy with an evening of movement, ritual, sound healing, and intention. This Summer Solstice gathering is designed to help you release, realign, and embody joy and vitality.

​We’ll begin in circle with guided meditation, journaling, and a candle-lit releasing ritual. From there, we’ll move into intuitive movement, somatic breathwork, and close with a powerful Reiki-infused sound journey featuring gongs, drums, and crystal bowls.

Each participant will receive a Sunstone crystal and white candle to support the experience.
