Sound, Soul & Creativity: Foundations of Listening

Join us for this 6-week workshop series that blends exploration, emotional depth, and creative expression towards building a pathway for health and wellness. Each session will focus on exploring a unique creative theme and will build upon the last, moving from inner awareness to outward creation and collaboration.
No musical experience is required-simply curiosity and openness to explore body, mind and spirit in new ways!
Community instruments will be available for use and/or bring your own.
