Francisco Garcia & Lorena Alvarez are a husband-and-wife team of real estate investors and short-term rental hosts in the Pocono Mountains. Starting from zero in 2022, they built five short-term rentals that have generated over $1.1 million in revenue, with 400+ guest reviews along the way. They self-manage every property, renovate for value, and know the Poconos’ STR rules inside and out.
