Tuesday Night Group Run
We’re teaming up with Made of Leaves Run Club for a community run through Jersey City on Tuesday, August 25.
THE PLAN
Meet at 7PM at 195 New York Ave, Jersey City
We’ll start with a warm-up led by Trish, a licensed physical therapist, then head out together at 7:15 PM.
CHOOSE YOUR ROUTE
- Beginners: New to running? No problem. Our beginner group will follow a run/walk format for about 1.5 miles.
- Experienced Runners: Join the 3-mile out-and-back route and settle into whatever pace feels good for you.

POST RUN
We’ll head to a nearby restaurant afterward for anyone who wants to keep the conversation going over food and drinks.
