Hidden Stories: A Community Photo Walk (Summer Learning Program)

Join us for a creative photography walk where we’ll explore our surroundings with fresh eyes and uncover the stories hidden in everyday places. While on a photo walk around the Pavonia neighborhood, participants will use disposable cameras (will be provided) to capture overlooked details, traces of the past, and moments that reveal something deeper beneath the surface. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced photographer, this program invites you to discover, document, and share the stories waiting to be found all around us. This program will breed and promote mindfulness techniques, storytelling, creativity, interpretation, and basic photography skills. All photos will be developed and then displayed at the Pavonia Branch by the end of the program.
