You’ll learn techniques to make pappardelle and fettuccine from scratch\, then sit down to enjoy the fruits (or should we say carbs?) of your labor. \n  \nThe Menu \nStart with Baby Kale Salad with apples\, gorgonzola\, walnuts\, and apple cider vinaigrette\, then choose pasta dishes: \n\nShrimp Scampi Fettuccine – Light\, garlicky\, fresh\nSpinach Ricotta Ravioli with Pesto Genovese – Pescatarian & shellfish-free\n\nFinish with traditional Tiramisu and recipe cards so you can recreate the magic at home. \nWho Should Come \nWhether you’re flying solo and looking to meet people or just want to finally learn how nonna does it\, this class is for you.
