The Curious Pint: Where Curiosity Meets Community!

Welcoming a brand new JCFPL series: JCFPL Presents: The Curious Pint — where curiosity meets community!
This exciting new series invites Jersey City residents to gather in a relaxed, social space to learn something new, spark great conversations, and enjoy a drink while doing it. It’s all about connecting with your neighbors and discovering ideas that make our city even stronger.
For our Women’s History Month kickoff, we’re thrilled to host Alyssa Domenech, founder of Jersey City Connects, for a talk on “How Do You Find Your Community?”
Alyssa has organized hundreds of events across Jersey City, connecting thousands of residents while supporting local businesses and nonprofits through initiatives like community cleanups and neighborhood gatherings. In 2024, she was honored by Mayor Steven Fulop with the Women of Action Award for her impact on the community.
We’re kicking off the very first Curious Pint at Departed Soles Brewing Company—so come grab a drink, meet new people, and be part of something special for Jersey City.
JCFPL Library Card holders receive discounted drinks, and we’ll have library card sign-ups on site!
