Dive into the world of gourmet pizza craftsmanship with our “Pizza Perfection” class, where the aromas of fresh dough, artisan toppings, and wood-fired simulated baking come together for a delicious hands-on experience. Enjoy a glass of red wine as you cook, this is a pizza class first, with wine simply there to sip and enjoy.

Highlights:

Dough Mastery: Learn to craft exceptional pizza dough from scratch, from ingredient selection to kneading techniques that create the perfect crispy/chewy crust.

Gourmet Sauces & Toppings: Explore a range of classic and creative flavor combinations, from traditional tomato and mozzarella to unique, chef-inspired toppings.

Wood-Fired Oven Techniques: Discover the secrets behind wood-fired excellence, including temperature control, ideal char, and achieving that signature smoky flavor. Note: we teach you about this method but we do not have a wood burning stove at the college)

Creative Pizza Shaping:

Social Pizza Party: Enjoy a lively, communal cooking atmosphere as you collaborate, sip wine, share ideas, and create gourmet pizzas together.

Enjoy & Take Home any left overs: Feast on your handcrafted pizzas and leave with recipes, new skills, and the confidence to recreate gourmet pizza at home.
