Love, Loss, Redemption

Cantigas Women’s Choir performs our spring concert, Love, Loss, Redemption on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Jersey City, NJ.

Music holds what words alone cannot: the joy that overwhelms, the grief that endures, and the quiet, persistent work of healing. Drawing on works spanning centuries and traditions, we trace the arc of our deepest experiences: love in its many forms, tender, fierce, and faithful; loss in its many guises, sudden, lingering, and transforming; and redemption understood not as a single moment, but as a gradual return to wholeness after the storms.

We offer these songs in the hope that you will hear within them something of your own story, as well as a sense of shared humanity.

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church is located at 440 Hoboken Avenue in Jersey City,  NJ. There is a parking lot behind the church.

Online ticket sales close at 12:00 noon on Saturday, May 16. Tickets will be available at the door for cash only.
