Handmade Pasta Class at Hudson Table
Ready to trade your takeout for something you made with your own hands? Join fellow locals for an evening of fresh pasta and serious Italian comfort food.
What You’ll Learn
Master the art of handmade pasta as we mix dough the old-fashioned way: by hand! You’ll learn techniques to make pappardelle and fettuccine from scratch, then sit down to enjoy the fruits (or should we say carbs?) of your labor.
The Menu
Start with Baby Kale Salad with apples, gorgonzola, walnuts, and apple cider vinaigrette, then choose pasta dishes:
- Shrimp Scampi Fettuccine – Light, garlicky, fresh
- Spinach Ricotta Ravioli with Pesto Genovese – Pescatarian & shellfish-free
Finish with traditional Tiramisu and recipe cards so you can recreate the magic at home.
Who Should Come
Whether you’re flying solo and looking to meet people or just want to finally learn how nonna does it, this class is for you. No cooking experience necessary, just an appetite and a willingness to get a little flour on your hands.

Important: Please arrive by 7:00pm. Parking can be challenging in the area, and class begins promptly at 7:15pm. Street parking available nearby or use Hudson Exchange garage.
