Designed to build both endurance and strength, HYROX training sessions are perfect for athletes looking to elevate their performance. These workouts follow the official HYROX race format—combining functional movement and cardio conditioning for a full-body burn.
Each session includes a mix of running and functional workout stations like sled pushes and pulls, farmer carries, burpee broad jumps, sandbag lunges, and exercises with resistance bands and light weights. Whether you’re training for a HYROX event or just want to push your limits, this class will challenge and energize you.
