Vlada Kobeleva has been actively involved in real estate since 2022, starting her career wholesaling properties in New Jersey before expanding into virtual wholesaling across multiple states. She has worked on a wide range of deals — from cash transactions to creative financing — gaining hands-on experience with nearly every type of distressed property scenario. Over the past year and a half, Vlada has focused her business exclusively on foreclosure properties, specializing in helping homeowners facing imminent sale dates, often within weeks or even days. Now recognized as a foreclosure expert, she’s passionate about sharing her knowledge and strategies with fellow investors to help them succeed in this challenging but rewarding space.
