Creative Writing Class: The Intentionality of Punctuation

Are you using periods, commas, em-dashes, semi-colons, colons, and quotation marks with intention? Or are you merely following the rules? In this one-time creative writing class, we’ll experiment with punctuation and how we can use it beyond mere ‘grammatical accuracy.’
This class will dive into the purposes and meanings behind punctuation, explore examples of writers and poets who play with punctuation, and invite participants to do the same.
This workshop is for adults (18+). ALL writing levels welcome!
Registration Required. Please cancel your registration if you are unable to attend so that those on the waitlist may join.
If you’re on the waitlist, we’ll email you right away if a spot opens. If you don’t hear from us, the class is full—but we hope you’ll join us for a future session!
