Bergen Arches Community Input

Join us in person for a Bergen Arches Community Gathering at the Bergen Arches Community Exhibition Space (2815 Kennedy Blvd), hosted by the Bergen Arches Preservation Coalition (BAPC).

Light refreshments will be provided.

Stop by for a casual and welcoming conversation—we look forward to seeing you there.

This event is free and ADA accessible.

BAPC is a local nonprofit dedicated to educating the public about the historic Bergen Arches—also known as the Erie Cut—a dramatic mile-long rail corridor carved through stone in the early 1900s by the Erie Railroad in Jersey City.

For years, we’ve worked alongside residents, students, planners, and public officials to highlight the history and future potential of this unique space, while advocating for community-driven ideas such as a connected shared-use greenway and other public uses.

At this gathering, we’ll share the latest updates on the Bergen Arches and related local developments, and create space for conversation with the community. This is an opportunity to learn what’s new, ask questions, and connect with neighbors who care about the future of this remarkable historic corridor.
